Promotion Terms & Conditions
Spend $250 on skincare or supplements online and receive an $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher. This voucher is redeemable in-centre only on Artisan Wellness treatments, with a minimum treatment spend of $250, and cannot be used for product purchases.
Credit Issuance & Use
• Each eligible online skincare purchase will receive one (1) $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher.
• Multiple $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher cannot be combined or used in a single invoice.
• Only one (1) $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher may be redeemed per transaction.
• The $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher has no cash value and is not exchangeable or refundable.
Minimum Spend & Payment
• A minimum spend of $250 (before tax) in a single invoice is required to redeem the $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher.
• The minimum spend must be met after all other discounts or promotions are applied.
• The voucher cannot be used to offset consultation fees, deposits, or prepaid packages (if applicable).
Validity & Expiry
• The $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher must be used within a specified validity period (e.g., 30 / 60 / 90 days from date of issue).
• Expired voucher will not be extended, replaced, or reissued.
Eligible Services
• The voucher is valid for selected wellness treatments only.
• The Artisan Wellness reserves the right to change the list of eligible treatments without prior notice.
Stacking & Promotions
• The $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers, credits, packages, or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.
• The credit cannot be applied to promotional or discounted treatment packages.
Booking & Redemption
• The credit must be declared at the time of booking.
• Redemption is subject to treatment availability.
• The original voucher must be presented at point of payment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
• If an appointment is cancelled late or marked as a no-show, the $88 Artisan Treatment Voucher may be forfeited.
• Standard cancellation policies of The Artisan Wellness apply.
General
• The promotion is not valid for staff purchases.
• The company reserves the right to amend or terminate the promotion without prior notice.
• In the event of dispute, the company’s decision shall be final and binding.
