You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EXPRESS LOCAL DELIVERY

For express local delivery, customers can expect to receive their parcel within 24 hours. If orders are placed between Fridays to Sundays, please note that your parcel will only be packed and delivered to you on Monday.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

In view of the COVID-19 global situation, please expect that all parcels may experience a longer than expected delay as global customs have put in tighter and stringent measures of custom clearance. The Artisan Wellness is not liable for any mishandling of items once goods have been shipped off from our stores.

Kindly note the buyer is responsible for paying any additional custom duties, taxes, and clearance fees in your respective countries. The Artisan Wellness cannot advise on these additional fees, buyers may contact their local customs office to find out more about the prevailing rates.
